Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for an Application Architect for one of our clients in the Baltimore area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.

This role is responsible for the architectural system design. Designs, develops, and constructs application systems and consults with clients to refine application needs. Seeking an individual to apply strategic platform ownership and subject matter expertise skills to drive successful technology solution, optimization for back office IT applications with a focus on Corporate IT Apps, Mobility, Documentum and Infoarchive platform & HP tools. The responsibility is to lead and guide the platform strategy as a change agent to ensure optimized utilization of the current software solution and definition of the future state solution. The resource will take a pragmatic approach utilizing the applications inventory, system architecture diagrams, current and multi-year Technology organization budgets, SLAs between the technology Organization and internal customers, key performance indicators, lifecycle analysis, emerging business needs, and market technology trends to define practical steps to move the organization towards future state. The Analyst works closely with portfolio owners, other architects and engineers, business owners and key partner stakeholders.
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
  • 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
