Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for an Associate Program Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the Chicagoland area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
The Associate Program Manager supports the coordination and administration of ongoing programs including participating in planning, organizing, and controlling program activities while delivering a superior customer experience. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Aid in planning the delivery of the overall program and its activities in alignment with the organization’s strategy and priorities 
  • Aid in the development of new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization 
  • Aid in the development and implementation of long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the programs.
  • Aid in the development of annual budget and operating plans to support the programs. 
  • Aid in the development of program evaluation frameworks to assess the strengths of programs and to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Aid in the development of funding proposals for programs to ensure the continuous delivery of services. 
  • Aid in the development of department goals and plans, while tracking program success and/or suggesting corrective action based on data. 
  • Aid in ensuring that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization 
  • Aid in ensuring that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards 
  • Aid in the development of forms and records to document program activities 
  • Support the collection and maintenance of records on the clients of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization 
  • Contribute to reports on programs for management and key stakeholders 
  • Aid in ensuring that programs operate within the approved budget 
  • Aid in monitoring all budgeted program expenditures 
  • Assist in management of project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures 
  • Aid in ensuring that financial records for programs are up to date 
  • Aid in identifying and evaluating the risks associated with program activities and support appropriate action to control the risks 
  • Monitor program activities on a regular basis and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate 
  • Support the strategic development, execution and on-going stewardship of social media programs focused on building brand awareness, driving community advocacy, and delivering an optimal online customer experience. 
  • Aid in ensuring that developed programs have a clearly defined strategy that aligns with overall goals and works closely with key stakeholders ensuring measurement plans are in place and that appropriate content is leveraged. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 3 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technology product offerings and solutions 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Experience with sales productivity tools 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company including Senior Leadership 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and conduct primary research 
  • Experience in developing or utilizing strategic sales campaigns 
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic relationships 
  • Ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment 
  • Strong organizational skills
