Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Compensation Analyst for one of our clients in the Rosemont area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
This position performs professional level administrative, support and analytical activities to maintain and administer company compensation programs. Participates in compensation surveys, coordinates job descriptions, and prepares and analyzes data. Makes recommendations regarding market pricing of jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support SGA bonus administration 
  • Create National Sales Bonus Statement Template 
  • Edit Bonus/401k/ESPP memo 
  • Update bonus plan summaries 
  • Create and transition Sales bonus payout templates 
  • Create and review merit/LTI training and communication materials 
  • Administer the LTI planning process for subset of employees (grades 16&17) 
  • Assist with Work Day Rewards Planning launch; prepare responses and answer questions from planning managers 
  • Complete salary survey submissions 
  • Perform job evaluations/market pricing of jobs
  • Manage compensation mailbox 
  • Perform minimum wage analysis 
  • Complete Supply Chain metric reporting 
  • Audit/clean-up Work Day employee and job data 
  • Update/rematch jobs in Market Pay after 2019 migration 
  • Market price Specialty business jobs (grade 999) in Market Pay 
  • Proxy preparation support 
  • Job Description load to Workday 
  • Scan documents to replace paper files 
  • Project support 

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' Compensation Analyst experience.
  • Broad understanding of compensation techniques, methods and practices.
  • Extensive and recent experience completing salary survey submissions.
  • Must have strong Excel skills and technical expertise.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • PeopleSoft, Work Day and Market Pay (survey database) experience preferred.
