Content Marketing Strategist & Editor
Duration: 6+ month contract
Location: Riverwoods, IL 60015
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Content Marketing Strategist & Editor for one of our clients in the Riverwoods area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
Job Description:
 
Our clientis seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the content management processes, including the approval, implementation, testing, storage for all the Bank servicing communications that are sent to Bank customers. This individual will work in close partnership with the content strategist, creation team, and internal business partners as well as our delivery partners during day to day activities.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of communications across all systems
  • Assist in test case development and validate testing to ensure message format and content is correct
  • Maintain tracking and reporting needs for legal, risk and audit
  • Recommend ways to further leverage Sharepoint/Teams to improve usability of communication repository for audit and internal business partners
  • Work through backlog of communication enhancements
  • Produce regular reports providing volume and effectiveness of communications and provides recommendations for areas of improvement and opportunity

 
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have a very strong attention to detail and should be able to manage multiple changes at once.
  • Candidates should have experience writing communication, editing documents and working with legal teams for approval.
  • This individual must also display strong communication and relationship management skills on an on-going basis and ensure communications are delivered on deadline.
