Customer Support Specialist
Duration: 2+ month contract
Location: Lanham, MD 20706
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist for one of our clients in the Lanham area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage EMS.
  • Customer Order Management.
  • Coordinate Return of materials.
  • Process Debit/ Credit note.
  • Setup price book and quotation to Customers.
  • Work with buyers and forwarder.
  • Greets visitors and direct them appropriately 
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival 
  • Maintains security by following procedures, and monitoring logbook 
  • Telephone skills, ability to answer multiple line telephone and direct callers 
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area 

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in any disciplines.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Customer Service or a Purchasing position.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Oracle and ability to look up various fields of information in the system 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Professional, and customer focused 
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm 
  • Quick learner 
  • Exceptional data analytical skills 
  • Highly proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Google Sheets
