Job Description

  • Coordinate excel product logs including samples management of all product for integration product evaluations.
  • Works closely with Culinary specialist assigned to integration stage gate to coordinate, rotate, label and gather data for all product cuttings/ evaluations.
  • Maintain daily / monthly records of shipments and invoices via excel spreadsheet.
  • Work Directly with Product Developers and program lead to track all product category line items, cross check all product numbers for accuracy.
  • Monitor all incoming and outgoing product flow for all category products.
  • Maintain and communicate tracking information via email to all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for daily maintenance of kitchen supplies as needed to execute integration cuttings at off-site location.
  • Assist Culinary specialist in set up and break down of all cooking equipment and product flow charts Set up for special events as needed for vendor or customer presentations and internal education.
  • Unpack, rotate, label and stock all inventory.

Job Requirements

  • Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word skills a must.
  • High School Diploma and Illinois Food Handler Card required.
  • Knowledge of supply chain or inventory management software preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a large fast paced foodservice environment strongly desired. 
  • Ability to comprehend and carry out complicated verbal or written instructions.
  • Must possess strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
