Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Product Specialist for one of our clients in the Lincolnshire area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
The Product Specialist Subscription Services position is focused on supporting the implementation, testing, and launch of subscription software solutions. This position will report to the PPM Manager. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the On-Boarding process 
  • Work in conjunction with PPM Manager, IT, e-Commerce Marketing, and other various internal stakeholders to bring new subscription software to market
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders regarding priority ranking of adding to Ensim 
  • Maintain existing portfolio 
  • Engage through regular cadence with PPM Manager and Partners to determine any updates as necessary, including but not limited to Pricing, Promotions, Additional offers, or changes in programs 
  • Update pricing within matrix of platforms (SPS, Web, Ensim) and environments (Test and Production) to enable proper testing 
  • Validate and update descriptions, images, marketing text and other attribution within matrix of platforms and environments 
  • Changes in the Subscription Management tool 
  • Test any changes from old to new environment 
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to take products from concept to Production on multiple platforms 
  • Implement solutions in various environments prior to Production 
  • Assist testing efforts in various environments 
  • Business Intelligence: collaborate with internal Business Intelligence Team to develop necessary metrics and reporting on success of on-boarding efforts 
  • Sales Enablement 
  • Serve as a Point of Contact for Account Managers, engaging appropriate PPM, S3 and Partner owners as necessary 
  • Interface with Partner and Product Management, vendor partners and data providers to develop and/or enhance product content and information work streams 
  • Assist in developing, enhancing, testing, and implementing of various internal system functionality 
  • Execute new product introductions and respond to product data change orders 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years' experience in technology sales. 
  • 1-year experience in sales and/or marketing 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers. 
  • Strong passion for learning and teaching others 
  • Proven group presentations skills.
  • Motivated and self-starting. 
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive ideas that will increase sales. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Concentrate on certain areas of technology driven by partner focus or company technology objectives 
  • Familiarity with IT / Software industry
