Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Sr. Staffing Representative for one of our clients in the Deerfield area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is responsible for the administration of employment processes in accordance with hiring guidelines and policies. This individual provides support to the Talent Acquisition function in various customer-serving aspects of employment; from scheduling all phases of interviews to the final offer process. This position requires extensive interaction with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executive Assistants, Vendors, and candidates/applicants. Our chosen candidate will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the Recruiting Process. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as dedicated TA Coordinator for selected group of leadership, hiring managers and Recruiters.
  • Support the Staffing function with recruiting process that includes: scheduling interviews and debriefs, scheduling candidate travel, preparing offer letters, facilitating job postings, and applicant tracking system administration.
  • Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in Workday and our applicant tracking system. 
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in the recruitment process. 
  • Assist in the management of 30-40 active executive searches at any given time 
  • Process invoices as needed.
  • Initiate and keeping track of onboarding activities, background checks, etc.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. 
  • Perform various administrative duties that support the recruitment function as business needs require. 
  • Assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives for Staffing.

  • Minimum of a complete high school diploma or equivalent with at least 5-8 years of relevant work experience within a similar sized organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in HR or related field (preferred).
  • 3 – 5+ years’ work experience in talent acquisition or human resources preferred.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook (calendar management), Excel; Talent Acquisition Workday, preferred (can train on TA/Workday).
  • Business Acumen (Executive presence)
  • Organized, detail oriented, ability to prioritize, efficient, etc.
  • Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Operate with a true proactive mind-set and start to anticipate needs in the business.
  • Stronger verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and manage relationships
