Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for one of our clients in the Licolnshire area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.

 
 
Job Description:

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. Typically acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast pace environment 
  • Ability to work well with teams and independently 
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail 
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Excel Pivots 
  • Microsoft mail merge for name badges 
  • Knowledge of Lanyon/Cvent a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to continually learn new technology and to keep pace with an ever-changing industry 


Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties for event department 
  • Minor data update in EMM, Lanyon and Cvent
  • Weekly report preparation and distribution 
  • Prepare mailings, data entry, ticket distribution 
  • Support events including scheduling and communications 
  • Print documents, create name badges and assemble registration kits

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • 2-4 years experience required 
  • Previous experience in the high tech industry a plus
