Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the San Francisco area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • Under limited supervision provides administrative/ secretarial support to management in an operations, corporate services, or sales area

 
 
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Computer or secretarial training
  • Typically a minimum two years administrative support experience in an office environment
  • Degree preferred, but will accept someone with applicable experience
  • Must be proficient with MS Office suite
