      I am looking for Agile CSM, SCPO, SAFe SPC4, Release Train Engineers, Certified Agile Practitioners, Certified Product Owners, Business Process PMs, Agile consultants for my direct clients.  Must have certification and experience in application of the methodologies, I am looking for ANY of the following certifications PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Agile Coaches / Scrum Masters CSM's/ SAFe Framework PM's / Agile Certified Practitioners / Agile Product Owners CSPO.
 
     Specific to one client, I am looking for a Project Manager that has both played a Scrum Master role on Agile projects and traditional Project Manager role on Waterfall projects; has experience with backlog grooming, sprint grooming, and other scrum ceremonies, be familiar with road map planning and continuous testing/deployment concept.  The ideal candidate will have conflict resolution, problem solving skills, skilled at removing impediments and enabling the team, be able to coach agile practices to individuals and teams.  Would like someone who has working knowledge of the product owner role and can facilitate to ensure product backlog is groomed to feed the upcoming sprints and keeping the delivery pipeline working optimally.   


In this role you may manage 0 - 20 people in a direct and indirect reporting relationship, must be comfortable interacting with and communicating with senior leadership across the organization as well as, external to the organization. I would like you to have experience as a team player, servant leader, good at empowering and creating self-enabling teams. 
I am looking for multiple candidates have moved in Agile and adopted the Agile methodology within Projects. 


    If you are passionate about the Agile movement and leading projects, influencing teams then I am looking for you.  I am looking for Agile Coaches / Scrum Masters / Practioners and Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Product Owners that have worked in a Scaled Agile Framework or in an Agile movement within a large enterprise.

  • In addition, we’re looking for someone to act as a galvanizing force for our whole wider team in terms of sharing Agile knowledge across the company. Whether it be organizing 1-day open spaces for our agile community, or organizing cross-team workshops, the goal is for you to establish an Agile center of gravity around our team.

Your main responsibilities will be: 
  • Act as an Agile coach and as the scrum master utilizing formal Agile methodologies and conducting agile ceremonies
  • Work with the team to define definition of done for the project
  • Lead sprint planning sessions ensuring the Product Owner is prioritizing user stories and Team is effectively estimating story points, facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
  • Track and publish common agile health reporting such as burn down charts and velocity
  • Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
  • Conduct and document retrospectives
  • Ensure cross-team coordination
  • Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal
  • Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
  • Effectively communicate to project stakeholders
  • Document minutes, action items etc from Project meetings
  • Use SharePoint for project repository or other repository tools
  • Authors and publishes Project Charter
  • Configures and updates Project Management Plan
  • Schedules and facilitates Toll Gates (manages IT stage containment)
  • Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team. Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams.
  • Liaise between the developers and business leads. Foster better communication between the disciplines.
  • Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams.
  • Help develop the company’s Agile Community.
