Analyst, Product Support
Duration: 8 month contract
Location: Riverwoods, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Analyst, Product Support for one of our clients in the Riverwoods area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Individual must be customer focused and solution oriented to maintain and support Peoplefluent ATS in alignment with objectives across HR /TA systems & processes
  • Maintain system data elements including security roles and supporting content while monitoring and troubleshooting between PeopleFluent, Workday and all 3rd party integrations
  • This position will serve to support the recruiting efforts in Talent Acquisition with a focus on defining basic qualifications for open positions
  • The System Analyst will work 1:1 with the hiring managers to review the job description and identify basic qualification (BQ’s) in order to develop questionnaires candidate selection questions for new hire portal
  • This role will require an understanding of employment law in order to determine the BQ’s and their impact to the recruiting process
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring library of BQ’s and training recruiter’s on their definition

Requisition Management Responsibilities:
  • This person will be assigned requisitions with Workday
  • Once integration completes, the Systems Analyst receives the open requisition
  • Work with hiring managers to determine their basic requirements by 1:1 discussions against job description
  • Review open requisition to determine completeness and evaluate for Basic Qualification Identification
  • This role can also work with the hiring manager to get the requisition into its proper form
  • Once basic qualifications have been set, the ATC sends the requisition on to the recruiter, who will schedule an intake meeting with the Hiring Manager Compliance

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review Requisition in partnership with hiring manager and recruiter to identify and develop Basic Qualifications knock-out questions as it relates to the specific Job Requisition
  • Monitor holistic Basic Qualification list held within system of record for consistency across all requisitions
  • In conjunction with Relationship Managers, train existing and new recruiters on Basic Qualification definition and process, as well as support with any inquires related
  • Report and audit BQ for consistency on a specific cadence
  • Serve as TA Compliance SME for BQ’s System Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Manage ATS routing of BQ’s to ensure that proper parameters are in place for automatic screen of qualifications
  • Work with Job Architecture team (when applicable) regarding ATS support around Job Descriptions
  • Function as back-up to Systems Administrator with issues relative to access, process troubleshooting and general system maintenance
  • Assist in management of TA-PMO Inbox with report filing, tracker log submissions and filtering issue requests (i.e. integration between workday and people fluent, Hire Accommodation and Analytics)

  • 3 years previous recruiting experience
  • 3 years user or technical experience with an ATS product (People Fluent preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and consultant with all levels of management
  • Ability to adjust priorities and resume tasks quickly
