Business Analyst – Informatica MDM
Duration: 7 month contract
Location: Lisle, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Business Analyst – Informatica MDM for one of our clients in the Lisle area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Business Analyst will help define the Informatica MDM solution strategy for our client and lead the MDM project activities from requirements gathering through implementation
  • Gather functional and technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design
  • Work with team to implement the MDM solution strategy
  • Design and configure Informatica MDM solution
  • Participate in process and functional design activities, carrying out application design, build, test, and deploy activities for MDM and all integrating applications
  • Plan, develop, and execute data conversion routines
  • Define and implement Data Governance processes
  • Accountable for partnering with key roles such as enterprise architects to create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles

  • Education requirement: BS in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Years of Experience: 8+years in IT and 2+years leading Informatica MDM projects
  • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst leading enterprise projects
  • 2+ years of experience working on a full-life cycle Informatica MDM project
  • Deep understanding of master data management architecture and applications
  • Experience with B2B customer models
  • Experience with data analysis activities such as data profiling, data quality, and business rules
  • Experience with implementing Informatica MDM solutions from a technical and business process perspective
  • Excellent analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting skills, and persistence in problem solving
  • MDM experience preferably in Manufacturing industry
  • Highly detail oriented, accurate, and organized
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Proven ability to drive change
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
