Business Analyst Lead IT
 
Duration: 9 month contract
Location: Lisle, IL
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Business Analyst Lead IT for one of our clients in the Lisle area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • Has wide-ranging experience, using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in innovative and effective ways
  • Able to solve complex issues and problems; taking a broad perspective to identify solutions
  • Will be responsible for selecting best methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Able to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices
  • Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solution
  •  Networks with cross-functional experts
  • Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional team
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel, lead functional teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource

 
 
Qualifications:
  • Education requirement: Bachelors
  • Must have at least 3 years of Lead experience
  • At least 1 year automotive or commercial vehicle diagnostic service tools functional requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of business analyst experience OR Master’s degree and at least 6 years of business analyst experience OR
  • At least 10 years of business analyst experience
  • Experience in a technical role participating in or leading development teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge/experience in complex client/server, network, multi-threaded applications and technology

 
Secondary Skills:
  • Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Collaborates with customer stakeholders to define and document system requirements
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Designs details of automated systems
  • May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
