Duration: 9 month contract
Location: Riverwoods, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in the Riverwoods area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • The Business Analyst will be working closely with Program Management in the development of business process and procedure definition / documentation, development of management and daily reporting requirements definition / design, development of training and various program artifacts, while assisting with implementation of sales process and account management best practices within the GA Salesforce platform
  • This team focuses on supporting the Relationship Management groups that are developing and managing client relationships for merchant acceptance
  • This role will work closely with team relationship managers, their direct manager(s), Salesforce subject matter experts, as well as the GA Program Manager
  • Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a business and/or technology related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in various organizations as a Business Analyst assisting with development and/or implementation of business platform software such as CRM, Financial / ERP, HCM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Visio and/or other business process modeling tools
  • Demonstrated experience with implementing (basic configuration) Salesforce account, opportunity lead, contact, and task management within a large organization
  • Experience working with third-party development organizations within an agile development methodology
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills, including diplomacy to negotiate conflicting priorities
