Business Process Engineer
Duration: 3-month contract
Location: Irving, TX
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Business Process Engineer for one of our clients in the Irving area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Responsible for translating and assessing moderately complex, varied business needs into high level technical requirements to support core system changes, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and unified desktop automations
  • Responsible for dissemination and partnering with the impacted teams aligned to the solution path
  • Identify the validity and accuracy of your future process flow projections (RPA, UD, C#, etc)
  • Specifically, determining which steps should be automated
  • Identification the required inputs from automation BA's to identify required information to craft the feasibility analysis and the future state process flows
  • Ensuring there is appropriate rigor around what can be accomplished regarding automation efficiencies, drive automation readiness around artifacts that are scrum ready
  • When SA resource has to get into the in depth technical questions - being able to consistently speak to it intelligently
  • 1st responder to assist scrum team and automation strategy resources understand the appropriate technology
  • Architect Acumen:
  • Creating partnerships on behalf of the Automation strategy team and applicable execution arms
  • Escalating where needed
  • Effectively removing barriers
  • Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement

  • High-level technical documentation that would identify appropriate solution path, feasibility analysis and high-level process flows regarding automation opportunities
  • Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and able to consider the business implications of the application of RPA technology within the impacted environments
  • Provides the link between the technical and business views of the robots by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
