Campus Recruiter / Staffing Assoc-Human Resources
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Riverwoods, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Campus Recruiter / Staffing Assoc-Human Resources for one of our clients in the Riverwoods area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Partner in leading university recruitment efforts for all existing and new Financial Services Campus Recruitment programs for graduate and undergraduate students, including all full-time recruits and summer interns
  • Manage staffing social networking initiatives and grow communities/followers/fan base, including Facebook and Twitter
  • Manage campus recruiting efforts for undergraduate and graduate level students with target schools and partner college organizations
  • Liaise with business partners and target universities to develop and implement strategic plans for achieving annual goals through on and off-campus recruiting
  • Coordinate career fair, presentation, office hours and resume workshop events with all business units at all target schools
  • Partner with universities to coordinate arrangement of logistics, parking passes, maps, etc. for school events and manage delivery of information to BPs as necessary
  • Manage use of exhibits, scheduling all appropriately to ensure each dept. has access as needed for their particular events
  • Partner with Business Units to manage relationships with professors, student and diversity organizations to proactively identify top talent to pursue for recruitment
  • Facilitate ongoing meetings with business partners to coordinate integrated recruitment efforts
  • Coordinate review of all applicants for positions, Make strategic recommendations to business partners regarding candidate selection for interviews
  • Communicate first round interview schedules to BPs
  • Partner with BPs to coordinate second round interviews
  • Serve as the touch-point for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide welcome information and second round interview logistics for candidates
  • Coordinate candidates’ transportation
  • Provide campus tour to all candidates and coordinate timely drop off of candidates for their interviews
  • Ensure all candidates have completed all necessary paperwork
  • Partner with BPs to make final determinations of extension of offers
  • Extend formal offers to all campus hires
  • Extend regrets to students not selected
  • Share pertinent on-boarding information with all new hires
  • Serve as a resource in identifying facilities for testing close to the candidates’ locations
  • Manage Summer Internship Programs including managing housing issues and resolve them effectively and coordinating all company-wide summer internship events and activities on an annual basis Manage Social Networking Initiatives including Facebook site and Twitter
  • Assist in Producing Key Pieces of Information for Metrics Reporting:
  • Develop critical reporting that tracks results from all Campus and Internship recruiting, including (but not limited to): Number of Hires, Offer to Acceptance Ratio, Conversion Rate (for Summer Interns), Diversity and Demographic breakdown, ROI per target school
  • Analyze results and breakdown trends for and all participating business units on programs, performance management and immigration issues (short-term and long term)
  • Manage New Employee Orientation
