Customer Service Prof
Duration: 10-month contract
Location: New Albany, OH
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Customer Service Prof for one of our clients in the New Albany area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Assist clients with program enrollment
  • This will include handling both inbound inquiries as initiating outbound communications
  • Track client enrollment status/progress in system and perform verification of enrollment documentation

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to clients
  • Respond to inbound email inquiries
  • Track client enrollments including following up on any additional information required

  • Strong Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail when verifying correct information from clients
