Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Employee Services Representative for one of our clients in the Oak Brook area.


Job Description:

The following are primary objectives for this role. These may be expanded or retracted as determined by the Engagement Manager:
  • Provide direct customer service via phone line and email
  • Analyzes various situations and determines best course of action from standard procedures
  • Requires 3-5 years progressive customer service experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and college degree preferred
