Customer Service Representative
 
Duration: 4 month contract
Location: Boca Raton, FL
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in the Boca Raton area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the entry and maintenance of customer purchase orders
  • Management of order backlog and administration of Return Material Authorizations
  • Interface with Customers, Sales, Customers, Product teams, Credit teams, and warehouse/logistics teams
  • Normal Office Environment, some travel may be required
  • Possible Travel to training, flying to PA or Georgia paid by our client

 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive customer PO’s
  • Input in Oracle Customer PO’s – Oracle good to have, not required
  • Answer customer emails regarding status of PO’s
  • Track inventory (directly speaking with customer)
  • Pick orders in Oracle for shipment to customers
  • Hold weekly meetings with customers to review status of PO’s

 
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associates Degree or combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking Candidates a plus

 
Top Required Skills:
  • 3 years in Customer Service preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software, Oracle, INCO terms, and logistics
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports
  • Ability to multitask, and work independently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to details
  • Data Entry
  • Oracle (desired but not required)
  • Experience creating / modifying customer orders
