 Data Analyst
Duration: 9 month contract
Location: Kennett Square, PA
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Data Analyst for one of our clients in the Kennett Square area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
  • Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
  • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a variety of tasks
  • May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 15+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Technical experience in real time energy markets ISO's with the ability to interpret ISO regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience in analyzing wind scada data, analyzing wind turbine event data and conditions, and developing data management requirements leading to developing technical designs, builds and testing validation requirements
  • Experience with real time data analysis, design, and system implementation of real time scada systems
  • Proven ability to work with closely with vendor resources to develop and document business requirements, define technical scope, and communicate with vendor resources
  • Proven ability to interact and lead vendor project teams to deliver solutions defined by business requirements and functions
  • Experience in building, maintaining, and updating project schedules for new and existing scope
