Job Description

Role functions:

• Analyze documentation to determine proper dependent enrollment according to the client’s eligibility rules and update files accordingly for each dependent
• Utilize computer system to document unverified dependents with sufficient detail to clearly describe the situation
• Initiate outbound communications to plan participants clearly identifying gaps in submitted documentation
• Check and verify the data entry team’s accuracy
• Meet and exceed the result of department quality audits as set by the Auditing Manager
• Maintain superior quality
• Interact with Client Management to ensure effective application of the health plan’s verification rules
• Special projects as requested

Understanding of general health plan administration, preferable

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized, able to handle multiple projects at one time and able to work independently or with a group
• Able to simultaneously conduct multiple audit projects/assignments while adhering to deadlines
• Strong data entry skills
• Demonstrated track record of applying dynamic, client specific decisions in a production oriented environment

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Computer skills, including word processing and data entry
• Must be fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
