Position:   Decision Engine – Rules Engine developer
Duration:  10+ months (NO C2C's)
Location:  Deerfield, IL  60015  LOCALS ONLY
 
     I am looking for a Rules Engine Developer with experience in design and coding in Blaze, Capstone, Strata, etc.  The ideal candidate will have experience with decision management tools, financial services or Consumer lending experinece, SAS and Teradata RDBMS experience as well.  


Overview
  • Responsible for the design and maintenance of Consumer Lending strategies in the rules engines.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Lending policy teams to review and clarify requirements, identify relationships with existing strategies in the rules engine, and create implementation solutions.
  • Participate in the complete project development lifecycle.
  • Proficient in design and coding business rules in Blaze Advisor/Capstone.
  • Interpret and implement business requirements in Blaze Advisor/Capstone.
  • Facilitate interactions with technology teams as required. 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years’ experience with decision management tools (Blaze, Capstone, etc.)
  • Expertise in designing and coding using Blaze metaphors (rulesets, functions, decision tables, etc.)
  • Experience deploying Blaze rule services and building ADBs
  • Experience with unit testing
  • Teradata and SAS experience preferred
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task
