Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Digital Optimization Supervisor for one of our clients in the Oak Brook area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • The Digital Merchandising Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day to content and data entry processes and programs as well as partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Communications, Deployment, Operations and agency partners to drive best-in-class consumer engagement strategies
  • The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and have the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a complex, high-speed environment within a broader team structure
  • Additional Skills: Communication, teamwork, attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain day to day data entry across all promotion tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with Digital Field Marketing Team to implement digital offer & push notification strategy for local markets
  • Work with Digital Analytics team to develop reporting and other data metrics to help drive local and national business
  • Assist in developing content strategy for digital segmentation
  • Develop reporting tools, benchmarks and KPIs to help drive sales traffic

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 2-3 years of professional business experience
  • Experience working in a highly ambiguous, matrix organization
  • Familiarity with a variety of digital merchandising platforms preferred (e.g., offers, web, mobile, kiosk)
  • Project management skills and excellent communication and persuasion abilities
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the rigor and discipline to build the business and creative competencies that will allow our client to stand out in the market
  • Strong grasp of business strategy and ability to prioritize opportunities
  • Broad business acumen spanning multiple functions including sales, marketing, promotions, and operations
