Engagement Manager
 
Duration: 3 month contract
Location: Riverwoods, IL
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Engagement Manager for one of our clients in the Riverwoods area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • This position reports to the Manager, Professional Services within Procurement and is responsible for  the Governance and execution of the Staff Augmentation category
  • Individuals in this role will collaborate with business partners and suppliers to quickly and effectively fill Staff Aug requirements
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to; manage multiple concurrent initiatives, showcase strong internal personal skills to develop relationships with all levels of the organization and remain focused on standardizing and streamlining processes
  • Candidate will also manage governance of the Staff Augmentation program by completing annual initiatives such as supplier scorecards, semi-annual meetings, volume discounts and non-employee resource management

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Quick and efficient requisition fulfillment
  • Working with business partners to manage overall resource plans for local and global engagements
  • Collaborating across business units to train them in our VMS system so they may create and maintain job requisitions and produce reporting  within the VMS system
  • Ensuring  required timesheets and projects are entered in the system, approved by managers and successfully run on invoice
  • Training of all Staff Augmentation suppliers and hiring managers on processes and procedures
  • Developing and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with points of contact within business units and Staffing firms
  • Processing change requests (i.e. extensions, cost center changes, hiring manager etc.) within our client’s Staff Aug engagements
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the tool used to track non-employees
  • Working closely with legal, security and managers to mitigate risk on working with non-employees
  • Completing and updating annual initiatives as outlined in the Staff Aug Governance Manual including volume discounts, semi-annual supplier meetings, regular client meetings, supply and demand gap analysis, completing client trainings, etc. 

 
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 in Contingent Labor Hiring, Consulting firm experience or Recruitment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PC Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • VMS tools or ATS skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi task, ability to standardize and streamline process, ability to work under pressure and dedication
  • Completing work independently and within deadlines
