Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Executive Tech Support for one of our clients in the Chicago area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a variety of tasks
  • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required

  • Deep technical knowledge relevant to desk side support for Windows 10, O365, iPhone/iPad, Android
  • Executive presence and experience with VIP clients
