Job Description

Position:  Business Process Analyst / HR Compliance Analyst
Location:  Deerfield, IL  60015  LOCALS ONLY  NO C2Cs
Duration:  9-12 months 
                 I am looking for a Business Process Analyst – HR Compliance Analyst that has operational procedure documentation and has risk compliance testing within Human Resources.  The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Process Documentation in HR,  be an analytical, critical thinker that can follow through on a process and work with cross functional teams and leaders at all levels of management.  Will have has MS Excel – intermediate and Sharepoint experience as a user.   

Skills required:
High School Diploma and 4 years of experience in any of these areas: operational/first line compliance, procedural development or audit/testing

  • Experience in an HR environment  3+ years
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and resolution skills and the ability to discern the practical application of regulatory and legal requirements.  4-5+ years
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint). 0-3 years
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS technologies and queries, is a plus.  0- 3 years
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of regulations impacting hiring processes, including but not limited to OFCCP (AA), EEO, Americans with Disabilities Act, Employment eligibility and verification (Form I-9s) and Fair Credit Reporting Act.  0-3 years
