HR Processing Representative
Duration: 12 month contract
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a HR Processing Representative for one of our clients in the Oak Brook area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process leaves of absence and their related activity, including paid time-off
  • Create, update, and close leave of absences actions and edits
  • Process reimbursements, including but not limited to State Disability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation offsets, etc.
  • Reconcile leave of absence payroll accounts
  • Tier 1 & 2 phone coverage
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 Years of HR experience required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Moderate Leave of Absence knowledge and/or experience preferred
  • Intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task to achieve performance goals
  • Ability to accurately analyze complex and detailed data to achieve quality goals
