Investor Services Consultant
Duration: 5-month contract
Location: Chicago, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Investor Services Consultant for one of our clients in the Chicago area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Ensures proper completion and the timely and accurate processing of investor related documents (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, tax forms, etc.)
  • Completes all appropriate investor due diligence checks, including AML, KYC, and client verification checks
  • Instructs redemption payments and maintains client bank accounts
  • Maintains investor related contact information and static data
  • Issues trade confirmation, statements, and reports to investors
  • Responds to investor related inquiries in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Identifies and manages investor problems/issues and participates in their resolution
  • Assists in the client and investor onboarding process
  • Participates in developing requirements for and the testing of new system functionality
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees

  • Proven ability to organize a demanding workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team environment
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • 2-4+ years’ experience
  • Experience working with the investment management industry is preferred
  • Accounting experience / exposure is helpful
