Investors Services TL
Duration: 5-month contract
Location: Chicago, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Investors Services TL for one of our clients in the Chicago area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Organize the work of the team, assign tasks, set short-term priorities, monitor all activities and ensure timely and accurate completion of the work
  • Responsible for oversight of the team as they execute on the following functions:
  • Accurate and timely processing of all capital activity transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
  • Completion of all appropriate investor due diligence checks, including AML, KYC, and client verification checks
  • Issuance of trade confirmations, statements, and reports to investors and handling investor queries
  • Maintenance of investor related contact information and static data
  • Instruction of redemption payments
  • Serve as a client escalation point for issues, providing direction and judgment calls for internal team while providing necessary client communication to resolve external issues
  • Assist in the client and investor onboarding process
  • Work closely with technology resources to troubleshoot issues and scope new or desired functionality
  • Consistently look to streamline and automate the reporting/analytical process with the use of technology
  • Assist in building a high-performance team through learning, development, mentoring and recruiting
  • Conduct performance management and career development processes

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Proven ability to organize a demanding workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with accuracy
  • Leadership and organizational skills are needed to prioritize assignments and provide feedback to staff
  • 6+ years’ experience working for a hedge fund or private equity fund or a financial services administrator with client and investor exposure
  • 1-3 years manager experience
  • Accounting experience / exposure is helpful
