MACI (Medical Affairs Capability Initiative) Project Coordinator
 
Duration: 12 month contract
Location: New York, NY
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a MACI (Medical Affairs Capability Initiative) Project Coordinator for one of our clients in the New York area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • Reports to a Project Manager I or Project Manager II and provides both financial and administrative support
  • Primary responsibilities may include Project Document Management (creating and maintaining files and spreadsheets, copying and scanning documents, collecting and collating documents for PM’s)
  • Various finance functions (reconciliation of general ledger to cost reports, various other monthly reconciliations, invoicing, reporting, creating purchase orders) and general support to the Leadership Team (scheduling, typing, taking minutes, handling correspondence, etc)

 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • MACI project coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the overall MACI (Medical Affairs Capability Initiative) project management through management of the MACI project plan, workstreams coordination, driving decision making and assisting with deliverables & project activities as needed

 
MACI overall project management:
  • Manage MACI project plan
  • Schedule and run MACI team bi-weekly meetings including agenda, meeting notes and follow-ups
  • Assist MACI Project Lead with MACL monthly meetings (scheduling, agenda, meeting notes and follow-ups)
  • Coordinate and assist with MACI site management and updates
  • Run monthly and ad-hoc metrics reports using the Adobe Analytics platform tool set up for the project
  • Ensure administrative activities are completed in a timely manner (PO creation, budget tracking, etc.)

 
Communications Workstream:
  • Manage Communication workstream project plan (as part of the overall project plan)
  • Schedule and run bi-weekly and ad-hoc Communications worksteam meetings
  • Provide follow up to ensure deliverables sign-offs and publications are completed in a timely manner (Bi-monthly newsletters, communications to the MACI audience, Leadership communications, written and video testimonials from colleague, feature articles)
  • Assist with workstream activities as needed

 
Training Workstream:
  • Manage Training workstream project plan (as part of the overall project plan)
  • Schedule and run worksteam meetings as needed
  • Provide follow up to ensure sign-offs on deliverables and production are completed in a timely manner for 2 training packages and the IDP tool refresh
  • Assist with workstream activities as needed

 
 
Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience 0-3
  • 3-5 years of work experience in project coordination/management
  • BA required
  • Proficient in all Microsoft programs: Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent in written and speaking communications and be able to manage virtual work environment
