Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Boston, MA area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
30% Business Development Specialist:
  • Provide team based sales support to a fast paced sales team
  • Utilize PC and mainframe applications, such as Microsoft Office and Siebel to create pricing/contract deliverables for the sales team
  • Use oral and written skills to present information to internal and external customers
  • Coordinate with on and offsite functional teams to troubleshoot and create deliverables

 
70% Office Administration:
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions
  • Schedules appointments, order office supplies and gives information to callers
  • Researches and creates presentations, generates reports, handles multiple projects and handles expense reports

 
 
Qualifications:
  • College diploma and relevant work or internship experience needed
  • Familiarity with power companies a plus
  • High attention to detail
