Duration: 8 month contract

Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Organizational Change Management for one of our clients in the Riverwoods area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • The person in this position will be managing and supporting projects as part of a new Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiative within the Global Network Program Management Office
  • This position will work closely with stakeholders within, and outside, of the organization to help understand needs, and execute a plan, to manage the transformation on how work is prioritized and delivered within Global Network
  • The person in this role will be responsible for developing and executing parts of the OCM initiative, working with Leadership team as well as with key stakeholders supporting the Payment Services business
  • This includes creating new processes, drafting copy for internal communications, maintaining a library of communication tools and managing the overall communication plan
  • The ideal candidate for this position must be able to communicate broadly across the organization, gathering input from multiple business areas and translate into information and insights
  • In addition, this person would oversee the execution of a variety of other activities supporting the initiative, including develop supporting processes where needed
  • Experience with significant organizational change such as migration from Waterfall to Agile delivery and Lean principles, or experience in a marketing department or agency, would be desired

 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop communication materials as needed to support the OCM team including presentations, drafts of communications/emails and FAQs
  • Develop and document internal processes, tools and templates for collecting, reviewing and socializing new materials and information to be shared to larger audiences
  • Develop and maintain appropriate OCM documents, such as a charter, a work plan with target milestones and status reports as needed
  • Work with the team to develop strategies, talking points and provide supporting materials to engage and enroll stakeholders in the Transformation
  • Conduct basic analysis on current usage of various channels of communication and identify potential opportunities to improve channel strategy in order to deliver the right level of information to the right audience
  • Facilitate partnerships with other parts of the organization to align on common messages, share best practices and identify opportunities to leverage knowledge and experience across areas

 
 
Qualifications:
  • 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis and/or marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have demonstrated ability to summarize and present information at the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience across various levels in the organization
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships
  • Strong competency using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, MS Project , Visio and SharePoint software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation, and process management skills required
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and motivate others
