Project Contract Administrator
 
Duration: 12-month contract

Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Project Contract Administrator for one of our clients in the Lexington area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • The Project Contract Administrator will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of key infrastructure initiatives including but not limited to the development and implementation of an R&D supplier database, assisting in the revision of key R&D SOPs and driving stakeholder engagement across both initiatives
  • The successful candidate will be required to engage cross functional teams of subject matter experts to create requirements documentation for the database, work with a core and an extended team of stakeholders to engage with potential database suppliers, review RFP output and define and utilize selection criteria to choose the ideal supplier
  • In addition, this candidate must assist with the review and editing of SOP documentation as appropriate, and ensure full stakeholder understanding and engagement across both processes that are critical to meeting compliance commitments

 
 
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 4-7 years of proven Project Management/Project Facilitation experience as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail to lead content experts through the development of multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Required is a general understanding of the importance of compliance in R&D and the benefits of a centralized database in a highly regulated environment
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years or more experience in project management, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with MS Office is required
  • Experience with spreadsheets and PowerPoint is required
  • An understanding of the legal aspect of contracting, basic contract requirements, definitions, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, required
  • Works well with others, able to work with teams and individuals
  • Possession of capital project and program management best practices
