Overview

  • Manage tracking of project plans/ checklists for all partners currently being boarded and in the pipeline within APAC and U.S. Work will include identifying risk and mitigation plans for any identified implementation issues.
  • Partner with account executives and other key stakeholders on providing formal and informal project status communications. Follow-up with departments and key stakeholders to obtain and share status updates.
  • Understands project dependencies and ensures they are appropriately noted in each boarding project plan. Monitors dependencies among various payment services areas that are critical to project success.
  • Creates regular portfolio level reporting for projects being boarded and in pipeline to provide an overall summary of status.  Create and execute a communication strategy to include IT and business stakeholders to obtain and provide updates on pipeline and partner boarding’s in progress.
  • Maintain department level documentation related to boarding partners.
  • Assist with various onboarding tasks as needed for partners.
  • Demonstrate knowledge as a subject matter expert in project management to mentor others in the department.
  • Display leadership role in executing special department initiatives and contributing to work groups.
  • Lead the department to ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing and compliance requirements. 

Technical:
  • 5+ years program/project manager experience
  • 5+ years in MS Office, including Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with Salesforce

Location:  Deerfield, IL  60015
 
     I am looking for a Project Coordinator to facilitate the onboarding of new partners in the Asia Pacific regions and providing overall program support. Collaborate with multiple business and technology stakeholders to drive and track delivery of boarding projects. Identify and share best practices across boarding projects and teams. Implement process improvements within the boarding projects and overall project.
  • Proficiency with Software systems, commonly used to manage programs/projects including Project, Visio, along with Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Salesforce.
  • A track record in project management in the payments industry is preferred.
