Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Investor Project Manager EMV-Network Marketing for one of our clients in the Chicago area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • EMV is a specification for secure transactions between cards with integrated chips (chip cards), POS terminals capable of reading chip cards, issuers, and acquirers
  • The EMV specifications broadly impact the payment ecosystem from card issuing to merchant acquiring
  • This employee will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities for chip card interoperability projects and provide subject matter expertise to teams, issuers, acquirers and merchants
  • Responsible for providing and managing Level2 and Level3 support for complex chip failures for Network participants
  • Develop processes and procedures to integrate interop into on-going business operations Responsible for analyzing Chip contact, contactless Cards, Apple, Samsung and Android mobile devices in internal laboratory
  • Coordinate card and device personalization issue with Issuer, deployment team and certification lab
  • Responsible for analyzing Chip terminals, Quick chip, QR code acceptance issue at merchant locations
  • Responsible for managing Interoperability portal development project and coordinate with develop and testing teams, Network Project management team and QoA team

Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Credit and Debit Card Authorization, Interchange and Settlement, Good understanding of EMV payments and specifications
