Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Project Manager Product Certification for one of our clients in the New Albany area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • This position is in the Global Operations department and will be located in the New Albany or Farnborough office
  • The position is responsible for all certification related processes for internal and external clients both domestic and international
  • This includes such things as creating test scripts for all interfaces, creating certification documents for the clients, working directly with clients to complete certification as well as supporting the systems that need to be used for certification
  • Interacts with numerous other areas within the organization as well as directly with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Management of the full certification process for all client types across all interfaces. Including direct interaction and coordination of efforts with Account Executives, clients, BT and vendors
  • Participate in semi-annual and off-cycle releases by creating and implementing full certification project plans
  • Plans to include script creation for all interfaces, creation of How Do I and Certification Manual documents, creation and delivery of all Account Executive training, coordination with Network Infrastructure teams for all necessary updates to certification processes
  • Support the development efforts for all certification related systems such as Xpress, Interchange, RCT, ECT0 and Hydra
  • Working with Network Infrastructure and Business Technology to create requirements, and ensure necessary enhancements are made to the systems
  • Create and complete all validation testing
  • Work closely with Network Infrastructure to implement certification and compliance processes and/or systems for new products such as APIs, Web Services, White Label, etc.
  • Develop and complete ongoing reporting and process documentation for all functions supported within the department

  • Bachelor Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated cross functional knowledge of the Payment Network Industry focusing on operations
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multi-faceted project throughout the entire project life cycle
  • Ability to analyze existing processes and identify ways to automate and streamline them
  • Strong communication skills which allow effective communication with all levels of employees and management
  • Strong communication skills for working with network participants in all countries
  • Strong writing skills
