Duration: 4 month contract
Location: Charlotte, NC
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Recruiter for one of our clients in the Charlotte area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Job Description:
  • The Recruiter is responsible for partnering with the business on recruiting needs and maintaining a requisition workbench for low to mid-level or high volume roles within the organization
  • Through a consultative approach, the Recruiter will guide the business leaders into a collaborative partnership that will promote a collective focus on candidate performance and prior accomplishments throughout the entire recruiting process
  • This position offers high visibility with abundant opportunity to help the business succeed even further by engaging top talent in the marketplace

 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers on recruitment needs
  • Must have experience recruiting for Workday/Cloud
  • Execute sourcing strategy effectively
  • Manage candidate flow and direct source, as needed
  • Leverage technology and off-shore solutions, as needed
  • Leverage internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with clients
  • Increase awareness on importance of diversity and ensure presentation of qualified, diverse slate of candidates
  • Decrease the number of submittals by improving quality of candidates
  • Assist Sr. Recruiter on sourcing projects, as needed
  • Learn the business and consult as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Learn the key business drivers
  • Consult with Hiring Managers to understand specific performance results desired for each role
  • During intake sessions, develop Performance Profiles to rely upon during every step of the hiring process (sourcing and recruiting, interviews, feedback sessions and final selection) to ultimately lead the team toward making hiring decisions that are more effective, simple and practical
  • Provide frequent touch points with managers on progress and results
  • Continually build a talent pipeline to solve future business needs with a focus on specific patterns of performance to identify candidates who will deliver high quality performance and results

 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years full life cycle recruiting experience; 6+ years preferred
  • Must have experience recruiting for Workday
  • Strong consultation and selling skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of organization
  • Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniques
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of ATS and CRM
  • Desire to learn and display values including acting with integrity and displaying commitment to our clients, colleagues and community
  • Additional Skills: Recruit, Source, Workday, Full lifecycle recruiting, Self-starter, consultative, ATS
