Duration: 6-month contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Recruiter for one of our clients in the Phoenix area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Operate as a Human Resources partner by actively engaging in all areas of recruitment, acting as a change agent and working with all levels of management to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Assists business unit(s) in achieving business and people objectives
  • Accurate and timely HR information and high-quality customer service
  • Must attend New Hire Orientation from 7am to 8am every Monday morning
  • The regular shift hours are between 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
  • May have to stay late, come in early, or work a Saturday if we need to attend an onsite event or get ahead on a group of openings

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Screen, interview and recruit primarily nonexempt applicants for open positions for our call center
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization
  • Makes hiring recommendations to business; notifies applicants of consideration or declination; prepares and extends job offers; conducts, reviews, and communicates results of applicant testing (where applicable)
  • Will be responsible for 10-15 phone interviews per day
  • Usually in months 2-3, they will begin doing face to face interviews
  • Source through internal/external job fair events, advertisements, computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, and employee referrals
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
  • Prepare and maintain employment records; develop reporting and utilize recruitment software as appropriate; conducts reference and background checks and New Hire Orientation as needed

  • Must have experience working in an applicant tracking system or CRM tool
  • Must have solid work ethic and reliability
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Focus on candidate experience through customer service experience is required
