Duration: 6-month contract
Location: Bothell, WA
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Recruiter for one of our clients in the Bothell area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • The assignment will provide support in sourcing and recruiting candidates interested in agency sales opportunities
  • Seeking a high-energy, positive professional to provide recruiting services
  • The assignment will require consultations with individual agency owners of varying experience to gather specific qualifications and make recommendations for support
  • This assignment will place an emphasis on outbound call activity to schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts
  • All conversations will need to be documented appropriately
  • In addition to sourcing candidates, this assignment will be evaluating candidates' resumes and initial interviews against specific position requirements and provide feedback to individual agency owners
  • Lastly, assignment may have additional projects to support overall recruitment objectives
  • This assignment will interact with Strategic Deployment Teams, Human Resource Teams and Agency Owners to deliver a best in class sourcing & recruiting experience to our Exclusive Agencies
  • Proactively source candidates through job board management, job fairs, resume mining, etc.
  • Accept candidates via Agency Staff Candidate Database (ASCD)
  • Initial contact to candidate within same business day (pre-screen interview)
  • Send candidate profile to agency in timely fashion
  • Follow-up with candidate and agent in timely fashion
  • Manage Agency Owner access to candidates as appropriate
  • Maintain candidate status via Agency Staff Candidate Database (ASCD)
  • Manage Agency Staff Candidate Database portal
  • Qualifications:
  • Ability to cultivate and build relationships
  • High motivation and drive
  • Comfort with phone interactions and cold calling
  • Strong listening & follow up skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work as a team to meet deadlines
  • Recruiting or sales experience a plus
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ASCD; SuccessFactors) a plus
  • P&C licensed a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
