Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Recruiter for one of our clients in the Phoenix area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Human Resources Recruiter Operate as a Human Resource partner by actively engaging in all areas of recruitment, acting as a change agent and working with all levels of management to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Assists business unit(s) in achieving business and people objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely HR information and high quality customer service
  • Source, Phone Screen, interview in person, and recruit primarily nonexempt applicants for open positions in our call center in Phoenix, AZ
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization
  • Make hiring recommendations to business; notify applicants of consideration or declination; prepare and extend job offers; conduct, review, and communicate results of applicant testing (where applicable)
  • Source candidates through internal/external job fair events, advertisements, computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals (primarily online sourcing via job boards)
  • Participate in various staffing based projects/initiatives to promote and enhance the overall performance of the staffing department and business results
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
  • Prepare and maintain employment records; develop reporting and utilize recruitment software as appropriate; conducts reference and background checks and New Hire Orientation as needed

Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 1-3 Years of High Volume Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the banking industry in a call center environment History of filling 30+ openings per month Drive for results, excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly, build positive working relationships with peers and hiring managers
  • Applicant tracking system experience or CRM experience is a must
  • 1-2 year recruiter who has phone interviewing as a mastered skill
  • Can conduct a minimum of 15 (completed, 20 minute) phone screens per day
  • Has 1-2 years of experience conducting face to face interviews
  • Prides themselves with their ability to be a 'talent adviser' to the candidate and a strong partner to the hiring manager
  • Can drive for results through self motivation
  • Behavioral Based Interviewing experience, with an emphasis in competency based selection vs. skill selection in the interview process is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in the banking industry is preferred, preferably a call center environment

  • Ability to manage through several systems to obtain information to complete tasks of the job

Phone Interviews:
  • Conduct phone interviews to qualify for min qualifications for a role

In person interviews:
  • Conduct high amount in person interviews (8-10 per day at least 3 days a week) to drive the volume needed to hire 30+ people a month, while hiring for quality)

Relationship management:
  • Maintain positive working relationships with peers, management and hiring managers to hire the best talent
