Job Description

Duration: 12-month contract
Location: Northbrook, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Recruiter for one of our clients in the Northbrook area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage high volume requisition load virtually and face to face with hiring leaders and candidates 
  • Build relationships and consulting with hiring managers to determine position requirements 
  • Execute the recruiting process to include posting the requisition 
  • Consult with candidates on all aspects of the opportunity and will refer pre-qualified candidates to the hiring manager
  • Communicate proactively and consistently with hiring managers and candidates throughout the course of the search regarding status, scheduling of interviews, process, etc.
  • Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system which includes, tracking candidates through the status and workflow, generating appropriate communications, running reports as needed, etc. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred and/or HR certification a plus
  • Demonstrated recruitment success to include approximately 3+ years of diverse consultative full cycle experience in a high-volume large corporate environment
  • Proven proficiency with a diverse sourcing toolkit that includes job boards, search engines, niche sites, LinkedIn and other social media, passive lead generation, etc. 
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to offer out of the box and creative solutions to recruiting challenges 
  • Accountable and independent, as well as collaborative, fostering a cohesive team environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levels 
  • Proven organizational and time management in order to work independently on a variety of concurrent projects in a time sensitive environment 
  • Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
