Recruiting Coordinator
 
Duration: 2 month contract
Location: Schaumburg, IL
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for one of our clients in the Schaumburg area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • As Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate with our Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to ensure a constantly flowing talent pipeline for faculty positions for our two universities
  • Ensure that the resume/curriculum vitae of each and every job applicant is rapidly reviewed, and if initially qualified, routed to the appropriate hiring manager for consideration according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure timely feedback on submitted resumes/CVs, and confirm that qualified candidates are scheduled for interviews
  • Track and record the disposition status of each faculty candidate in the applicant system (Taleo)
  • Creation of ad hoc reports related to applicant flow and candidate review
  • Assist with candidate sourcing as required, using resume databases, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Assist with the employment offer process, including the collection and processing of required documentation
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and reporting regulations with regard to documentation functions, ensuring policies and procedures are in compliance
  • Others duties as assigned

 
 
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting, including use of applicant tracking systems
  • Taleo experience preferred but not required
  • Prior recruiting experience in an educational environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong administrative skills (organization, time management, attention to detail, etc.)
  • Strong customer service skills and customer focus
  • Computer literacy is required (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and other basic computer knowledge)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle and keep records confidential (ethics and integrity)
  • Ability to keep up in a faced-paced deadline-driven team environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Associate’s Degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience preferred
