Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst Lead for one of our clients in the Lisle area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • The Sr. Business Analyst (BA) Lead is a go-getter and problem solver, a listener and a strategic thinker
  • We are looking for an energetic talent to lead projects from idea to implementation
  • To support our Sales and Marketing business groups in their move towards digital transformation, a background in mobile, visual, and customer-focused design is essential for success in this position

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead the requirements gathering process and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Ensure business, functional, and technical requirements are captured, organized, approved by the business, and followed throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Develop process flows, system workflows, and user interface designs for complex front office and back office systems
  • Lead and coordinate application development, quality assurance, training, and documentation with user sponsors and other IT personnel

  • Education requirement: BS in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Years of Experience: 7+ years’ experience as a BA
  • Experience working with highly integrated web applications
  • Experience solution custom .net applications used on laptops and smart devices
  • Experience incorporating UI design best practices into web solutions
  • Demonstrated success delivering strategic and complex enterprise solutions
  • Able to work collaboratively and communicate with various functional areas and employee levels within the company, from line-level to executive leadership
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team situation
  • Creative and takes innovative approaches to problem solving
  • Expert using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Work experience in manufacturing industry a plus
