Senior Client Support
Duration: 4-month contract
Location: Rosemont, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Senior Client Support for one of our clients in the Chicago area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues
  • Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks
  • Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking
  • Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action
  • Provide Advanced technical support to Clients
  • Lead on-site team of 5-7 members 
  • Report out to off-site Manager and Lead 
  • Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of the desktop/laptop software problems
  • Own training, documentation and video efforts and delegate appropriately 

  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • 5+ years technical experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong leadership ability (mentoring, delegation, ownership and delivery) 
  • The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule
  • Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer and notebook issues
  • Very strong use and support of MSOffice
  • Strong knowledge of Big Fix or similar tool including understanding Relevance
  • Experience with Symantec or similar tool
  • Experience with Mac OS and hardware 
  • Airwatch experience a plus
  • Willing to learn additional Support areas such as Network or Server
