Supplier Management Consultant
Duration: 9-month contract
Location: Northbrook, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Supplier Management Consultant for one of our clients in the Northbrook area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Supplier Management Program on-boarding
  • Prepare on-boarding materials for suppliers, Supplier Relationship Managers, and Executive Sponsors
  • Schedule and support program kick off meetings; establish and maintain core team log
  • Coordinating Supplier Performance and Relationship meetings
  • Schedule meetings according to Supplier Management Program Framework cadence
  • Gather relevant scorecard data from contract owners and Supplier Relationship Manager
  • Gather relevant risk data from internal and external risk partners
  • Analyze data for trends
  • Prepare performance presentation materials under supervision of SMLC
  • Ensuring Supplier Management Data Hygiene
  • Partner with SMLC and Business Partners to clean up Supplier data in SharePoint and Archer (GRC)
  • Input new information (timely and accurate) into SharePoint and Archer per program requirements
  • Supporting Supplier Segmentation and Re-Segmentation activities as needed
  • Support other SM CoE projects as deemed appropriate by the SMLC
  • Qualifications:
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, strong communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Support and take direction from multiple people, data analysis, relationship building
  • Skills preferred:
  • Procurement/Supply chain knowledge, Archer (GRC) knowledge
