Support Assistant
Duration: 9 month contract
Location: Riverwoods, IL
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Support Assistant for one of our clients in the Riverwoods area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
  • Part Time Administrative Assistant The Business Technology Campus Recruiting (BTCR) team reports into the Office of the CIO
  • The team is responsible for managing and recruiting for the BT Internship Program and BT Direct College Hire Program
  • The selected individual will be responsible for assisting the Business Technology Campus Recruiting team with logistics and administrative activities related to running the Campus Programs.
  • Schedule: - 20 hours/week
  • Can be flexible over 4 days - 5 hours
  • Ideally it will be Monday- Thursday  9am- 3 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and tracking
  • Assistance with event coordination (invitations, food, rooms, scheduling, contracts)
  • Expense processing and tracking
  • Report creation and follow-up with key stakeholders (such as BT Managers)
  • Assistance with candidate screening and recruiting processes
  • Communication and follow-up with candidates
  • Coordination of travel logistics during peak recruitment season
  • Data gathering and report preparation
  • Documentation of processes
  • Assistance with other duties as assigned including initiatives for the Office of the CIO 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Engaging personality and good phone etiquette

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work load

  • Team player and ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior office experience preferred
