Workday HRIS Compensation Analyst
 
Duration: 1 month contract
Location: Exton, PA
 
Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Workday Workday HRIS Compensation Analyst for one of our clients in the Exton area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
80%
  • Strong knowledge of HCM foundation, business processes, reports and security in Workday
  • Workday security design, management and systems administration experience is a must
  • Solid understanding of security configuration, security groups, roles, workflow, intersection security, integration security
  • Familiarity with Workday configuration and integrations (WD Studio, core connectors) and SQL skills desired
  • The incumbent will be extremely knowledgeable about Workday Business Processes, as well as in determining and communicating best practices in entering and maintaining systems data
  • May be asked to assist users of the Workday system in resolving issues involving business process steps
  • Advanced Workday report writing experience, both in modifying delivered and creating custom reports, including composite reports, matrix reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Demonstrating ability to troubleshoot the deep details of an issue and resolve them from end to end
  • These fixes may include short-term workarounds, but will always focus on long term and comprehensive solutions to problems

  • Support projects and cross functional initiatives
  • Act as a resource for HR special projects (i.e. implementation M&A activities)
  • Ensure activities are delivered on time and with quality
  • Escalate issues/risks pro-actively to appropriate team and members and management
  • Regularly communicate status and challenges to team members and management

 
 
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate or equivalent degree (preference for a focus in Technology Services or Computer Science)
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical Workday Administration experience
  • Experience working with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other respective Workday modules
  • Experience and knowledge of Workday's implementation methodology
  • Experience with iterative or agile software development methodologies
  • Working knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project and MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Ability to manage without authority
  • Highly organized, self motivated and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, prioritize requests, adapt well to change, and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to handle confidential information and issues effectively and without breech of confidentiality
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees (customers) while maintaining an enthusiastic, professional demeanor during interactions
